Condominium Under Construction in Logan Villa

California Equities announced Bohemia, its first residential development, is under construction at 961 South 16th St. The three-building, 14-unit project is the first condominium to be built in Logan Villa, located between Barrio Logan and downtown San Diego. One building will feature five four-story row homes; a five-story building will have four two-story row houses; and a third building will have three four-story row houses.
